1. Remove the old pipe.2. Install the 115-8149 Exhaust Pipe Assembly (B) using a new 1W-5455 Clamp (A).3. Tighten the clamp so that it may still be rotated.4. Place a new 7C-1377 Clamp (C) over the lower pipe assembly and insert the 5P-2136 Flexable Metal Hose (D).5. Place the remaining 7C-1377 (C) Clamp over the upper end of the flexible hose and install the 115-8150 Exhaust Pipe Assembly (E) into the clamp at the bottom of the muffler.6. Using an new 8N-4045 Coupling (F), tighten the pipe 115-8150 Pipe Assembly (E) to the muffler so that it is still free to rotate.7. Rotate the upper and lower pipe assemblies until the flexible hose is free to slide back and forth.8. Tighten the lower 1W-5455 Clamp and then the upper 8N-4045 Coupling.9. Slide the flexible hose as far up the upper pipe assembly as possible and mark the location of the 7C-1377 Clamp on the pipe assembly. Then, slide the flexible hose as far down as possible and again mark the location of the 7C-1377 Clamp on the UPPER pipe assembly.10. Measure the distance between the two marks and divide it in half. 11. Slide the flexible hose with the 7C-1377 Clamps to the halfway mark.12. Starting on the larger diameter portion of each clamp. Tighten both 7C-1377 Clamps by alternatively tightening each nut to a torque of 85 15 N m (74 11 lb ft).
