Information:
1. Park the machine on level ground.
(1) Bolt (2) Washer (3) Cover.2. Remove the bolts (1), washer (2) and cover (3) from the top of the hydraulic tank. 3. Clean the area thoroughly in order to keep dirt out of the screen cover. Clean area thoroughly to keep dirt out of the fill/vent plug.4. Remove the internal pressure from the hydraulic tank by loosening the fill/vent plug. After the pressure is relieved remove the fill/vent plug.5. The oil drain valve is located under the hydraulic tank. 6. Remove teh hydraulic tank access cover that is located under the upper structure. This will allow access to the drain valve. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "General Hazard Information" for information on Containing Fluid Spiilage. 7. Remove the oil drain valve plug. 8. Install a pipe and a hose in order to open the drain valve. The pipe should have 1-11 1/2NPSM threads. Drain the oil into a suitable container. The hydraulic tank approximate refill capacities are as follows:320 B 31 U.S. gallons322 B 37 U.S. gallons325 B 40 U.S. gallons330 B 49 U.S. gallons345 B 55 U.S. gallonsUse a container with adequate capacity to drain the machine you are working on.9. Remove the pip in order to close the drain valve.10. Inspect the O-ring. Replace teh O-ring if wear or damage is evident.11. Clean the drain plug. Install the drain plug. 12. Open the access door that is located on the right side of the machine.13. Clean the pump, the hoses and the hydraulic tank, if necessary. 14. Remove the plug from the tube. Allow the oil to drain into a container.15. Inspect the O-ring. Replace the O-ring if wear or damage is evident.16. Clean the plug. Install the plug and the O-ring into the drain port.
(4) Bolt, (5) Washer, (6) Cover, (7) Spring, (8) Screen.17. Remove bolts (4), washers (5) and cover (6). Used filters and fluids should always be disposed of according to established local regulations.18. Remove spring (7) and screen (8). Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "General Hazard Information" for information in "Containing Fluid Spillage".19. Wash the screen in a clean nonflammable solvent. Allow the screen to dry. Inspect the screen. Replace screen if damaged. 20. Inspect O-ring seal (9) and O-ring seal (10). Replace the O-ring seals if wear or damage is evident.21. Install O-ring seal (9) on new screen (8).22. Install screen (8) and spring (7). Then, install cover (6), washers (5), and bolts (4). Make sure that the O-ring seal and the spring are properly positioned during installation. Perform the following five steps only if your machine is equipped with an auxiliary gear pump.23. Remove four bolts (11)
