Fasten Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to fuel tank (20), as shown.
Install fuel tank (20). The weight of fuel tank (20) is approximately 260 kg (573 lb).

Reposition light assembly (26) and install bolts (25) .

Install bolts (24) to the bottom of the fuel tank.

Connect hose assemblies (21) and (22) to the shutoff valves. Install clips (23) .

Install bolts (19) to fuel tank (20) .

Install Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to plate (16). Install plate (16). The weight of plate (16) is approximately 125 kg (276 lb).

Connect harness assembly (18). Install clips (17) .

Install bolts (15) to both side of the machine.
Connect hose assemblies (12), (13), and (14) from the pilot valve. Fasten hose assembly (12) to plate (16) .
Connect tube assemblies (10) and (11) .
Connect harness assemblies (8) and (9). Fasten harness assemblies (8) and (9) to the fuel tank.
Install tube assemblies (4), (5), (6), and (7) .

Install Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to cover (3). Install cover (3). The weight of cover (3) is approximately 70 kg (150 lb).

Install bolts (2) to cover (3) .
Install bolts (1) that hold cover (3) to the frame.
Repeat Steps 15 and 16 for the other side of the machine.
Fill the fuel tank to the proper level. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual for the correct procedure.End By: Install the front bottom guard. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Bottom Guard - Install".
