Install valve assembly (19). Connect tube assembly (18). Install support assembly (17).

Lower the temperature of sleeve bearing (16). Use Tooling (A) to install sleeve bearing (16). Install sleeve bearing (16) until sleeve bearing (16) is flush with the bore of the sprocket.
Install grease fitting (15).
Repeat Steps 2 and 3 in order to install sleeve bearing (16) and grease fitting (15) to the remaining sprocket.

Install sprocket (13) with the grease fitting toward the counterweight cylinder. Install pin (14).

Install sprocket (12) with the grease fitting toward the counterweight cylinder.

Attach a suitable lifting device to counterweight cylinder (6). The weight of counterweight cylinder (6) is approximately 170 kg (375 lb).

Position counterweight cylinder (6). Install pin (10) and bolt (9).

Install band assembly (8).

Connect hose assemblies (5) and (7) to counterweight cylinder (6). Connect tube assembly (4). Install clip (3).

Attach a suitable lifting device to chain assembly (1). The weight of chain assembly (1) is approximately 61 kg (135 lb). Position chain assembly (1).
Install bolt (2). Tighten bolt (2) to a torque of 98 10 N m (72 7 lb ft).
