A     138-7575     Link Brackets     2    Note: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before assembly, all parts should be thoroughly cleaned in cleaning fluid. Allow the parts to air dry. Wiping cloths or rags should not be used to dry parts. Lint may be deposited on the parts which may cause later trouble. Inspect all parts. If any parts are worn or damaged, use new parts for replacement.
Personal injury can result from contact with refrigerant.Contact with refrigerant can cause frost bite. Keep face and hands away to help prevent injury.Protective goggles must always be worn when refrigerant lines are opened, even if the gauges indicate the system is empty of refrigerant.Always use precaution when a fitting is removed. Slowly loosen the fitting. If the system is still under pressure, release it slowly in a well ventilated area.Personal injury or death can result from inhaling refrigerant through a lit cigarette.Inhaling air conditioner refrigerant gas through a lit cigarette or other smoking method or inhaling fumes released from a flame contacting air conditioner refrigerant gas, can cause bodily harm or death.Do not smoke when servicing air conditioners or wherever refrigerant gas may be present.Use a certified recovery and recycling cart to properly remove the refrigerant from the air conditioning system.

Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to hydraulic oil cooler (8) . The weight of hydraulic oil cooler (8) is approximately 68 kg (150 lb). Install hydraulic oil cooler (8) . Connect hose assemblies (9) .

Install guard (7) .

Use two people in order to position the grill and fuel cooler (5) . Install bolts (4) in order to support the grill and fuel cooler (5) . Connect hose assemblies (6) . Install remaining bolts (4) .

Use two people to position the grill and refrigerant condenser (2) . Install the bolts for grills (1) and (2) in order to support grills (1) and (2) . Connect hose assemblies (3) . Install the remaining bolts. Install grill (1) . Repeat for opposite side.
Charge the air conditioner system. Refer to Service Manual, SENR5664, "Air Conditioning and Heating Systems with R-134a Refrigerant" for the procedure. Refer to Special Publication, NEDG5065, "Air Conditioning Tools" for the tools.
