1. Disconnect wiring harness (1) and rod assembly (2). 2. Remove two nuts (4) and governor actuator (3). The following steps are for installation of the governor actuator. 3. If studs (5) are bent or damaged, make a replacement of the studs and tighten the studs to a torque of 15 5 N m (10 4 lb ft).4. Put the gasket and governor actuator (3) in position on the studs. Make sure the splines of the actuator shaft are correctly engaged with the splines of the governor drive coupling and install nuts (4).5. Connect wiring harness (1) and rod assembly (2).
