Do not perform any procedure in this Special Instruction until you have read this information and you understand this information.Contamination control is critical. Remove cover (1) by removing four bolts (2) and four washers (3) .Note: Remove the top starter if equipped to gain access to cover (1) .

Inspect the oil passage for any debris or blockage. A digital camera may be used in order to obtain a photo to inspect the passage.

Remove the four turbocharger oil hose assemblies (4), (5) and (6) .
Inspect the four turbocharger oil hose assemblies for debris or blockage.
Remove the air filters and inspect the turbochargers for excessive end play or clearance. Ensure that all turbochargers spin freely.

Using a bore scope, inspect the oil passage for debris or blockage.
