1 2 9N-2038 Turbine Clamp As Use the following procedure to tighten the turbine clamp assemblies:
1. Tighten the turbine clamp assemblies to 14.0 1.5 N m (123.9 13.3 lb in).
2. Gently hit around the turbine clamp assemblies with a soft hammer.
3. Again, tighten the turbine clamp assemblies to 14.0 1.5 N m (123.9 13.3 lb in).
2 2 124-5514 Exhaust Coupling Use the following procedure to tighten the exhaust coupling:
1. Tighten the exhaust coupling to 9.5 1.0 N m (84.1 8.9 lb in).
2. Gently hit around the exhaust coupling with a soft hammer.
3. Again, tighten the exhaust coupling to 9.5 1.0 N m (84.1 8.9 lb in).
3 8 2N-2765 High Temperature Bolt Before assembly, apply Loctite C5A Copper anti-seize to washer face and threads.
Torque to 55 10 N m (41 7 lb ft).
4 2 7W-2297 Clamp As Use the following procedure to tighten the clamp assemblies:
1. Tighten the clamp assemblies to 14.0 1.5 N m (123.9 13.3 lb in).
2. Gently hit around the clamp assemblies with a soft hammer.
3. Again, tighten the clamp assemblies to 14.0 1.5 N m (123.9 13.3 lb in).
