Once installation of the hose is complete, review the work to be sure that the entire routing is correct with the hose touching only the rubber grommets in the p-clips. Adjust if required.
Turn the fuel supply valve back on and prime the fuel system while assistant checks the hose connections for leaks.
Rework of Remote Air-to-Air Aftercooler Motor Lines
The replacement of the Remote Air-to-Air Aftercooler motor lines does not need performed if the Remote Air-to-Air Aftercooler has been previously updated to the Air-to-Air aftercooler mounted behind the radiator.
Use caution to ensure that dirt does not get into the hydraulic system.
Remove cab floor plate.
Remove engine enclosure sheet metal as required.
Drain hydraulic system or place a vacuum on the hydraulic tank.
