1. Fasten straps and a hoist to cleaner bar (1) as shown. 2. Remove eight nuts (2) and the bolts from both sides of the cleaner bar. Lower the cleaner bar to the ground.3. Lift the blade and move the machine away from the bar. The weight of cleaner bar is 329 kg (720 lb.).Install Cleaner Bar (Non Engine End-Front)(Blade Installed)(815F)
1. Put the cleaner bar in position under the machine. 2. Fasten the straps and hoist to cleaner bar (1). Make an alignment of the cleaner bar to the machine. 3. Start By:a. remove bulldozer group 1. Fasten a strap and hoist to each side of the cleaner bar. Remove bolt (1) and clamp (2) that hold the oil lines to the cleaner bar. 2. Remove bolts (5) from both sides of the cleaner bar. Remove the cleaner bar. The weight of the cleaner bar is approximately 531 kg ( 1180 lb.).Install Cleaner Bar (Non Engine End-Rear)(Blade Removed)(815F)
1. Make an alignment of dowels (5) and the machine. Install the cleaner bar. 2. Install twelve bolts (4) (six on each side) that secure cleaner bar to frame. 3. Install clamp (2) and bolt (1) that hold the hydraulic oil lines into bar (3)End By:install bulldozer group.
