Servicing and changing tires and rims can be dangerous and should be done only by trained personnel using proper tools and procedures.
Chock the wheels that are not being being changed in order to stabilize the machine during the removal of the tires.

Note: This procedure is being performed on the rear tires and rims. The same procedure should be used in order to change the rest of the tires and rims.
Use Tooling (A) in order to raise the tires and rims off the ground. Use Tooling (B) in order to hold the tires and rims off of the ground.

Remove ten nuts (1) from rim (2). Leave two nuts (3) in rim (2) .

Position the forks of a lift truck under tire (4). Attach Tooling (C) in order to secure tire (4) to the mast of the lift truck.
Remove two bolts (3) from the rim. Use the lift truck in order to remove the tire and rim from the machine. The weight of the tire and rim is 476 kg (1050 lb).
