The following steps should be used to replace the network card.
Personal injury or death can result from high voltage.Make sure the power source is disconnected. Lock out the disconnect switches and tag the switches "DO NOT OPERATE".
Open the cabinet of the ATS.
Remove the back cover of the MX200 controller by removing the 4 screws.
Remove the two wires from the engine start relay (P). Use electrical tape to cover the exposed ends of both wires.
Remove the J5 and J6 plugs from the bottom of the MX200. Removing these plugs will eliminate power from the controller. When the power is removed, the ATS will not transfer in either direction.
Obtain a grounding strap and put one end of the strap on your arm. Attach the alligator clip to the MX200 chassis.
Remove the three screws that attach the ZNET200 card to the MX200 controller.
Remove the ZNET200 card from the controller by pulling away from the controller.
Connect the new network card to the controller and fasten the card to the controller with the three screws.
Connect the J5 and J6 plugs back into the bottom of the controller.
Remove the electrical tape from the wires that go to the engine start relay, and connect the wires to the engine start relay.
Install the black metal cover on the controller with the four screws.
Close the cabinet.Termination Resistor

Jumper J6 is located on the bottom of the ZNET200 card. This jumper enables a termination resistor or this jumper disables a termination resistor on the board. Jumper J6 is disabled when the board comes from the factory. See illustration 1.If a card is the last device on the network, enable the J6 jumper.
