A 168-3500 Strainers (Check Valves) is available for spray nozzles on the Paving Compactors. The check valves will replace the internal check valve that is located in the water spray pump.Note: The check valve in the water spray pump must be removed prior to the installation of the check valves in the nozzles.Reference: Refer to Service Magazine, SEPD0668, February 2003, "Removal of the Check Valve in the Water Spray System is Required" for the removal of the check valve in the water spray pump.A 247-8383 Cover should be added on the mounting clamp of the water pump on the CB-334D.A 247-8402 Cover As should be added to the mounting clamp on the emulsion pump on the CB-335D.
