Illustration 1. Rear suspension bleed valves.3. Check to make sure the transmission control is in the Neutral position. Disengage the parking brake and differential lock and then start the engine.4. Open the shutoff valves (Illustration 2) on both sides of the machine. Allow the suspension to rise fully then close the shutoff valves.
Illustration 2. Flow control valves.5. Open the bleed fittings on both sides of the machine. Allow the suspension to go to the lowest position then close the valves.6. Repeat Steps 4 and 5 until the oil coming from the hoses is free of air.7. Slowly open one of the front shutoff valves until the suspension on that side of the machine rises slowly. Open and close the valve until the all the chromed rod is visible from the pair of cylinders as shown in Illustration 3. (The total dimension A + B, should be 175.0 mm (6.89 in) - 190 mm (7.48 in). Close the shutoff valve.
