Removal Procedure
Keep all parts clean from contaminants.Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life.
Shut OFF the external fuel supply. Disconnect the external source from the fuel control valve.

Remove the bolt (1). Disconnect the linkage (2). Mark the orientation of the linkage for installation.

Remove the large nut (3) from the fuel control valve (4).

Disconnect the electrical connection (5).
Remove the clamp (6).

Remove the six bolts (7) and washers.
Remove the fuel control valve (4). Check the gaskets for wear or damage. If necessary, replace the gaskets. Installation Procedure

Position the fuel control valve (4) and gaskets.
Install the six bolts (7) and washers.

Install the clamp (6). Connect the electrical connection (5).

Install the large nut (3) on the fuel control valve (4).

Connect the linkage (2). Install the bolt (1). Ensure that the orientation of the linkage is correct.
Turn ON the external fuel supply. Check for fuel leaks.
