3. Remove the expansion tank water outlet line (3).4. Remove the bottom support-to-tank mounting bolts (2).5. Disconnect vent line (1) from expansion tank. 6. Remove the tank overflow line (5).7. Remove expansion tank-to-water temperature regulator housing elbow (4).8. Attach a hoist to the tank, and remove the tank mounting bolts for the two braces (6).9. Remove the expansion tank-weight 140 lbs. (64 kg).Install Expansion Tank
1. Attach a hoist and position the expansion tank on engine. Install the bottom support-to-tank mounting bolts.2. Install the expansion tank water outlet line. Connect the tank water inlet line.3. Install expansion tank-to-regulator housing elbow. Install two tank-to-brace mounting bolts. Install overflow line. Connect expansion tank vent line.4. Fill engine cooling system.
