Attach a lifting sling and a suitable lifting device to engine cover (1) .

Remove cotter pin (3) and remove gas spring (2) .

Remove bolts (4) from the hinge. Repeat for the other hinge.
Remove the engine cover. The weight of the engine cover is approximately 54 kg (120 lb).Installation Procedure
