Attach Tooling (B) and a suitable lifting device to door frame assembly (21) in order to position door frame assembly (21) to the machine. The weight of door frame assembly (21) is approximately 118 kg (260 lb). Install bolts (29).

Install platform panels (28) on the right side of access doors (15).
Install platform panels (27) on the left side of access doors (15). Open access doors (15).

Install bracket assembly (26) onto door frame assembly (21). Connect harness assemblies (25).

Install bracket assemblies (22) to door frame assembly (21). Connect hose assemblies (23). Connect harness assemblies (24).

Connect bracket assemblies (20), (19), and (18) to door frame assembly (21).

Connect hose assembly (17) and hose assemblies (16).

Close access doors (15).

Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to air conditioning system (12). The weight of air conditioning system (12) is approximately 66 kg (145 lb). Use Tooling (A) and the suitable lifting device in order to carefully position air conditioning system (12).
Install bolts (13). Install bolts (14) that are located under the cab.

Position storage box (9). Open lid (8) and install bolts (11).
Connect harness assembly (10).

Position windshield washer reservoir (5).
Position bracket assembly (7) that secures windshield washer reservoir (5). Install nuts (6). Tighten nuts (6) to a torque of 30 7 N m (22 5 lb ft). Note: Be sure that windshield washer reservoir (5) is up against the vertical surface of the sheet metal assembly while you are tightening nuts (6).

Connect harness assemblies (4) and hoses (3) to windshield washer reservoir (5).

Connect hose assemblies (2).
Connect hoses (1).
Open the heater valves at the water pump.
Fill the transmission. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Capacities - Refill" for the capacity of the transmission. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Transmission Oil - Change".
Fill the implement hydraulic tank. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Capacities - Refill" for the capacity of the implement hydraulic tank. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Hydraulic System Oil (Implement) (Hydraulic Fan) - Change".
Fill the hydraulic tank. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Capacities - Refill" for the capacity of the hydraulic tank. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Hydraulic System Oil (Steering) (Brake) (Axle Oil Cooler) - Change". End By:
Install the rear drive shaft. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Drive Shaft ( Rear) - Remove and Install".
Install the Input drive shaft. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Input Drive Shaft - Remove and Install".
