Keep all parts clean from contaminants.Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life.

Remove bolts (2) and open left grill assembly (1). Repeat for the other side.

Attach a suitable lifting device to top grill assembly (2). The weight of top grill assembly (2) is approximately 33 kg (73 lb). Remove bolts (3), (4) and top grill assembly (2).

Remove bolts (5) that secure top shield group (6) to the machine.
Remove top shield group (6).

Remove bolts (8). Disconnect and reposition hose assemblies (7).

Remove bolts (9) that secure bottom shield group (10) to the machine.
Remove bottom shield group (10).

Remove belt (11). Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Belt - Inspect / Adjust / Replace".

Remove two bolts (12).

Install Tooling (A). Remove remaining bolts (12) and spacer (13).

Use two people to remove vibration damper assembly (14). The weight of vibration damper assembly (14) is approximately 35 kg (77 lb).

Remove pulley (15).

Use two people to remove vibration damper assembly (16). The weight of vibration damper assembly (16) is approximately 35 kg (77 lb).Installation Procedure
Install vibration damper assembly (16), pulley (15), and vibration damper assembly (14) in the reverse order of removal.
