The CAN data-link is also known as J1939 data-link. The data-link is an industry standard for sending high speed data between different devices in the same application. The CAN data-link connects to the VIMS 3G Main ECM in the following ways:

The circuit is closed when the switch is in the START position. The keyswitch connects to the VIMS 3G Main ECM in the following way:
