Removal Procedure

Attach a suitable lifting device to bracket (2) and the air cleaner. The weight of bracket (2) and the air cleaner is approximately 43 kg (95 lb).
Remove bolts (1).

Remove bolts (3), bracket (2), and the air cleaner.

Remove clamp (4).
Attach a suitable lifting device to muffler (6). The weight of muffler (6) is approximately 50 kg (110 lb). Disconnect clamp assemblies (5) and reposition clamp assemblies (5). Remove muffler (6). Installation Procedure
Install muffler (6) in reverse order of removal.
Tighten clamp (4) to a torque of 12 1 N m (106 9 lb in). Use hand tools in order to tighten clamp assemblies (5).
