Assembly Procedure

Use a suitable press in order to install bearing (12) (not shown) into sheave assembly (9) .

Install seal (11) into sheave assembly (9) .

Position sheave assembly (9) and washers (10) into position inside load sheave block (1) .
Refer to Steps 1 through 3 for the remaining sheave assemblies.Note: Ensure the proper alignment of the sheave assemblies and the washers before attempting to push pin assembly (8) (not shown) into position.
Install pin assembly (8) .

Install retainer (7) and bolt (6) .

Position trunnion (5) and install pin (2) into load sheave block (1) .
Install plate (4) and bolts (3) .End By: Install the load sheave block. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Load Sheave Block (Upper) - Install".
