Use Tooling (E) in order to install pin assembly (22) . Repeat this procedure for the opposite side.

Install two bolts (24) , the washers, and plate (23) .

Connect tube assembly (21) to each side of lift arm assembly (5) .

Install guard assembly (19) , the two spacers, the rod assembly, the nut, and the washer.

Connect wiring harness (18) at the quick disconnect.
Install bucket positioner control (16) .
Install three bolts (17) .

Install spacer (10) and bail arm (12) to front lift arm assembly.
Install two bolts (11) and the washers.
Install cover (15) , three bolts (13) , and the washers.

Typical Example
Attach Tooling (C) to lift cylinder (8) , as shown.
Start the machine.
Use the machine's hydraulics and Tooling (C) in order to extend the rod end of lift cylinder (8) into position.
Shut off the machine.
Attach Tooling (D) , suitable chains, and a suitable hoist to the lift cylinder pin for the rod end.
Use Tooling (D) in order to install the lift cylinder pin for the rod end. The weight of the lift cylinder pin for the rod end is 42 kg (92 lb).

Attach Tooling (B) to collet (9) , as shown.
Use Tooling (B) in order to install collet (9) to the rod end of lift cylinder (8) . Repeat this procedure for the opposite side.

Install bolt (7) and the washer to the pin assembly.
Install tube assembly (6) to the rod end of lift cylinder (8) .

Start the machine.
Use the machine's hydraulics in order to raise lift arm assembly (5) off Tooling (A) .
Remove Tooling (A) .
Shut off the machine.

Attach a suitable hoist and a suitable lifting sling to fender assembly (3) .
Use the hoist in order to install fender assembly (3) . The weight of fender assembly (3) is 81 kg (180 lb).
Install seven bolts (4) and the washers.

Connect wiring harness (1) at the quick disconnect.
Install two bolts (2) .End By:
Install the bucket. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Bucket - Install" for the machine that is being serviced.
Install the tilt lever. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Tilt Lever and Tilt Link - Install" for the machine that is being serviced.
