Installation Procedure

Be prepared to collect the fluid with suitable containers before opening any compartment or disassembling any component containing fluids.Refer to Special Publication, NENG2500, "Caterpillar Tools and Shop Products Guide" for tools and supplies suitable to collect and contain fluids on Caterpillar products.Dispose of all fluids according to local regulations and mandates.

Place hydraulic oil cooler (11) in position.
Install washers and four bolts (10) to the hydraulic oil cooler. Tighten the bolts.

Connect hoses (8) and (9) .
Tighten two clamps (7) .

Place right side cover assembly (6) into position.Note: Install washers and six bolts in order to secure the right side cover assembly in four different locations.
