Remove the oscillating axle.

Place the oscillating axle on suitable blocks with the yoke at the top.
Remove yoke (1) from the differential pinion shaft.

Fasten a suitable lifting device to front support (2). Remove front support (2) from the oscillating axle. The weight of front support (2) is approximately 41 kg (90 lb).

Remove lip seal (3) from the front support. Repeat this Step for the lip seal on the opposite side of the front support.
Remove retaining ring (4) that holds sleeve bearing (5) in the front support.
Use a suitable press to remove sleeve bearing (5) from the front support.Installation Procedure
Install front support (2) in the reverse order of the removal.
