1. Remove screws (1) and lockwashers. Remove latch assembly (2) from the door. 2. Remove screws (4), lockwashers and nuts. Remove handle assembly (3) and shim. 3. Remove screws, lockwashers and nuts (5). Remove crank assembly (6) from the door. 4. Remove pin (8). Remove crank (10), screw (9) and spring from bracket (7). 5. If necessary, remove seal (11) from around the door.Assemble Cab Doors
1. If the seal was removed, put 2H2471 Cement on the seal. Install seal (1) around the outside of the door as shown. 2. Install spring (4) on screw (3). Install screw (3) in bracket (2). Put crank (5) in position on screw (3). Install pin (6) in crank and screw. 3. Put crank assembly (7) in position in the door. Install the screws, lockwashers and nuts that hold it. 4. Put handle assembly (8) in position on the door. Install the screws, lockwashers and nuts that hold it. 5. Put shim (10) and latch assembly (9) in position on the door.
