20. Bring the scaled ring of the torque multiplier in front of 0 degree position. Refer to Image1.11.1.

21. Install the extension on the torque multiplier. This will allow the operator to work at a safe and proper height. The dimension of the extension is:
Diameter: 25mm
Length: 900mm
Refer to Image1.12.1.

22. Using a ratched handle, rotate the torque multiplier until the scaled ring of the torque multiplier reaches 25 degrees. Refer to Image1.13.1.

23. Pay close attention, due of the high tension in the reaction anchor, a second person may be required and necessary when loosening the torque multiplier.
Rework Procedure for complete bolt replacement:
24. Remove the bolt.
25. Clean and degrease the swing bearing surface with suitable solvent or degreaser. Refer to Image1.15.1.

26. Degrease the new 171-9285 Bolt with suitable solvent or degreaser. Once dry, apply 5P-3931 Antiseize on the engaged thread portion.
Note: Pay close attention, specifically use the 171-9285 Bolt for the rework, do NOT use the 115-9772 Bolt (Service Repair).
27. Degrease the new 199-4501 Washer with suitable solvent or degreaser.
28. Assemble the new bolt and washer on the swing bearing.
29. Ensure that the socket is clean in order to avoid grease on washer and mating surfaces.
30. Preset a clic torque wrench at 800 N.m and apply the pretorque on the bolt. Refer to Image1.17.1.

31. Install the 6V-6080 Torque Multiplier on the socket and bring the reaction anchor against the frame. Refer to Image1.18.1.
32. Ensure the reaction anchor is well under tension.

33. Bring the scaled ring of the torque multiplier in front of the 0 degree position. Refer to Image1.19.1.

34. Install the extension on the torque multiplier. This will allow the operator to work at a safe and proper height. The extension dimension is:
Diameter: 25mm
Length: 900mm

35. Using a ratched handle, rotate the torque multiplier until the scaled ring reaches 60 degrees. Refer to Image1.21.1. Then, stop the movement and release the torque the multiplier.

36. Pay attention, due of the high tension in the reaction anchor, a second person may be required and necessary when loosening the torque multiplier
37. The rework is finished when the bolt head marked "1" is visible in the inspection hole.
38. Before you install the inspection cover, inspect the gasket and replace the gasket if damage is found. Re-install the inspection cover. The four bolts have to be installed with Loctite 242 on the threads and tightened to a specified torque of 20 N.m.
