Attach a suitable lifting device to fender (4).
Remove fender (4).

Raise the machine with Tooling (B) and install Tooling (C).
Use Tooling (B) to lower the machine onto Tooling (C).

Attach a suitable lifting device to tire and rim (6).
Remove bolts (7) to remove tire and rim (6). The weight of the tire and rim is approximately 209 kg (460 lb).Installation Procedure

Typical Example
Use a suitable lifting device to install tire and rim (6). The weight of the tire and rim is approximately 209 kg (460 lb).
Install bolts (7) to tire and rim (6). Tighten bolts (7) to a torque of 550 60 N m (405 44 lb ft).

Use Tooling (B) to raise the machine off Tooling (C).
Remove Tooling (C).
Use Tooling (B) to lower the machine to the ground.

Connect spring assembly (3) to fender (4).

Separate support assembly (2) and close hood (1).End By:
