Note: If the machine is equipped with an ARO stick, an additional 3 hours labor and $75 U.S. Dollars for material will be allowed to modify new stick.
Note: Attach pictures of the cut stick to SIMSi when submitting the warranty claim. Refer to the Parts Disposition.

PARTS DISPOSITION
Cut through the pivot casting on each side of the stick so that the stick is rendered useless. Take pictures of the cut stick and a readable stick serial number tag. Attach the pictures of the cut stick and the stick serial number tag to SIMSi when submitting the warranty claim. Then handle the parts in accordance with your warranty bulletin on warranty parts handling.
Rework Procedure
This rework procedure is for modifying the standard 3.9m stick for accugrade attachments. This procedure only needs to be completed if you need an ARO stick.
Make the following parts per the attached images. The listed dimensions are in Metric (mm).
