Introduction
This Special Instruction outlines the procedures needed to update the entertainment radio on certain K and M Series Wheel Loaders. Do not perform any procedures or order any parts until you have read and understand the instructions contained in this publication.Safety Section

Prepare the Machine
Move the machine to a smooth level area.
Turn the start switch to OFF position and engage parking brake.
Perform lock out/ tag out procedure on operator controls for the machine. Installation Procedure
There are four different options for entertainment radios using the same installation instructions.

462-9621 RadioNote: These radios contain a battery backup which will retain the clock time over a battery disconnect cycle.

Remove the existing radio . Retain the old bushing (A) and harness (B) assembly from the back of radio for reinstallation later in the publication.
Install bushing (A) and harness (B) retained in Step 1 onto the back of the new radio and reinstall the new radio.
Install connectors any for any accessories (microphone, auxiliary inputs).
