Removal Procedure
To facilitate removal of the bucket pins without causing damage to the pins, the bearings, and/or the O-ring seals put the bucket on the floor and the stick in a vertical position, as shown.
Position the bucket, the stick and the bucket control linkage on the ground.

Remove the nuts and retaining bolt (5) and remove bucket pin (4).
Pull link assembly (1) away from the bucket. Remove two O-ring seals (3).
Remove the nuts and retaining bolt (2).

Remove pin (6) and remove the stick from the bucket.
Remove two O-ring seals (7). Check the condition of the O-ring seals.
Remove bolts (8), plate (9), and shims (10).

Remove flange (11). Check the condition of the flange and dowel (12).
The weight of the bucket is approximately 204 kg (450 lb).
