4. Connect two oil lines (4) in the front and the two oil lines in the back of the loader control valves. 5. Connect oil lines (5), (6) and (7) to the float control valve. 6. Connect oil lines (8) and (9) to the bottom of the loader control valve. 7. Install guard assemblies (10) and (11).Disassemble Loader Control Valves
start by:a) remove loader control valves 1. Remove tube assemblies (1), (2), (3) and (4) from the bottom of the loader control valves. Put the loader control valves in position on wood blocks as shown. 2. Remove tube assemblies (5), (6), (7) and (8) from the loader control valve. 3. Remove tube assemblies (9) and (10). 4. Remove float selector valve (11) and plate (12) as a unit from the loader control valve. 5. Remove four nuts (13) from each side of the loader control valves. Remove the two bolts from each side of the loader control valves which are behind the oil line flanges. Remove plate (14) from each side of the loader control valve. 6. Fasten a hoist (not shown) and remove tilt valves (15) and (16) from the studs. The weight is 120 lb. (54 kg). 7. Disassemble each tilt control valve as follows: a) Remove two bodies (17) from the valve body. Check the condition of the O-ring seals on the bodies. If the seals have damage, use new parts for replacements.b) Remove two springs (18) and two valves (19) from the valve body. c) Remove adapters (20) and (21) from the valve body. d) Remove housing (22) from the valve body. e) Remove cover (23) from the valve body.f) Remove valve spool assembly (24) from the valve body.g) Remove screw (25), retainer (26), spring (27) and retainer (28) from valve spool (29). Put identification on each relief valve for correct installation. The only difference between the two valves is the amount of shims to control pressure. h) Remove relief valves (30) and (31) from the valve body.i) Remove cap (32), shims (33), spring (34) and valve (35) from the valve body. Remove the O-ring seals from the cap and the valve body. j) Remove plug (36), spring and valve from the valve body. Remove the O-ring seal from the plug. Disassemble the other tilt control valve with the same procedure. 8. Fasten a hoist (not shown) and remove lift control valves (37) and (38) from the center manifold. The weight is 120 lb. (54 kg). 9. Disassemble each lift control valve as follows: a) Remove adapters (39) and (40) from the valve body.b) Remove two bodies (41) from the valve body.c) Remove the two springs and valves under bodies (41).d) Remove housing (42) from the valve body.e) Remove cover (43) from the valve body. f) Remove valve spool assembly (44) from the valve body. g) Remove screw (47), retainer (45), spring (46) and retainer (48) from valve spool (49). h) Remove plug (50), spring and valve from the valve body.
