Disconnect the drives lines, brake hoses (to beplugged), front axle temperature switch, guard and harness.

Remove the rear and front axle (see RENR4365)
Remove the tires.
Purge the oil.
Disassemble the axle housing following RENR4365.

Remove planetary carrier
Remove bearing nut.
Remove axle shaft from housing

Pay attention to handle the duo cone carefully
All the contact face have to be properly cleanup

Axle housing assembly following RENR4365
Install new bearing cone on axle shaft.
Install Duo cone seal.
Assemble the housing on the axle shaft.
Install bearing nut as explained in the instruction.

Install carrier

Apply 6V6640 Silicone Sealant on the contact face

Reinstall the housing assembly on then centerhousing. The torque for bolts is 300 N.m +/- 40 N.m.
Pre-fill axle with new oil (around 65 liters peraxle).
Touch up the flange of the axle housing.
Install tires.
Install rear ? front axle.
Connect the drives lines, brake hose, T° switch,guard and reconnect the harness to the switch.
Perform final oil level adjustment of the axle.
Check hydraulic oil level.
