Release the pressure in the hydraulic system.
1. Remove relief valves (1) from the manifold. Put plugs in the manifold to prevent loss of oil. 2. Remove cap (2), shims (4), spring (5) and valve (6) from body (8).3. Remove O-ring seals (3) and (7) from the cap and body. 4. If manifold (12) is to be removed from the machine, do it as follows: a) Disconnect four oil lines (10) from each side of the manifold.b) Remove two bolts (9) from each side of the manifold.c) Remove bolts (11) and remove manifold (12) from the machine. The weight of the manifold is approximately 110 lb. (49.5 kg).Install Manifold And Relief Valves
1. Make sure all the parts are clean. Inspect the O-ring seals for damage and make replacements if needed. 2. If manifold (4) was removed from the machine do as follows: a) Put manifold (4) in position on the machine.b) Install bolts (2) but do not tighten the bolts at this time.c) Install bolts (1) on each side of the manifold. Tighten bolts (1) and (2).d) Connect four oil lines (3) on each side of the manifold. 3. Install O-ring seals (6) and (10).4. Install shims (7) in cap (5). Install spring (8) and valve (9) in the cap.5. Install the unit in the valve body. Tighten the cap to a torque of 75 5 lb.ft. (100 7 N m). 6. Install relief valves (11) in the manifold.end by:a) separation of anti-pivot link
