When it has been impossible to operate the cab because there has occurred some trouble, engine stop and others, operator in the cab or person around the machine can lower the cab urgently in accordance with the next procedure. Open either stop valve (red lever) in the right side of seat support in the cab or one in front of the air conditioner on machine body and the cab will lower slowly. Return the stop valve to the original position (close) after the cab has lowered completely. Do not use this valve other than an inevitable case.
Be sure to check that nobody is under the cab or there is no obstacle under it. Also, take care downward until it has lowered completely and so make preparations that you can shut the stop valve to stop it from lowering whenever there has occurred some trouble. This lower operation of the cab could result in unexpected personal injury such as being caught in the cab, etc.Be sure to return the stop valve to the original position (close) after the cab has lowered completely. Even if the cab has been raised by the normal operation with the stop valve open, it will lower automatically when the raise operation is stopped. The condition which leaves the stop valve open can cause unexpected personal injury.
