Information:

1. Let the oil run out of hydraulic tank.2. Remove the floor plate from over the steering control valve.3. Remove pin (1) and cotter pin to disconnect steering control linkage from valve. 4. Remove the bolts that fasten oil lines (2), (3), (4), (5), and (7) to the valve.5. Disconnect line (6) from the valve.6. Move the line (4) clear of the valve as far as possible.7. Remove the bolts that fasten the valve to the support brackets.8. Move the valve up until it is clear of the oil lines.9. Install a 3/8"-16NC forged eyebolt in valve and fasten a hoist. Remove the steering control valve. Weight of valve is 100 lb. (45 kg).Install Steering Control Valve
1. Install a 3/8"-16NC forged eyebolt in valve. Fasten a hoist and position the steering control valve in the machine. Install the fastening bolts. 2. Connect line (1) to the valve.3. Put the oil lines (2) in position and install the fastening bolts.4. Put the remaining oil lines in position and install fastening bolts.5. Put the control linkage for the steering control valve in position, and install the pin and cotter pin.6. Install the floor plate over the valve.7. Put oil in hydraulic tank to correct level.
