7. Disconnect hose assembly (11) from relief valve (5). 8. Disconnect hose assembly (12) from relief valve (5).
Located below the relief valve (cooler bypass and back pressure)9. Install Tooling (A) to relieve (5), as shown. Position two lifting slings through Tooling (A), as shown. Secure the lifting slings to a hoist.10. Disconnect tube assembly (13) and the O-ring from relief valve (5). Remove four bolts (14) and the washers that hold relief valve (5) to the bracket assembly.11. Remove relief valve (5) from the bracket assembly. The weight of the relief valve (5) is 75 Kg (165 lb). The following steps are for the installation of the relief valve (cooler bypass and back pressure). Check all components for wear or damage and replace if necessary. Apply 1U-6396 O-ring Compound to all O-ring seals prior to installation, if applicable.

Connect tube assembly (13) and the O-ring seal to relief valve (5). Install four bolts (14) and the washers. 15. Connect hose assembly (12) to relief valve (5). 16. Connect hose assembly (11) to relief valve (5). 17. Put clip halves (10) in position and install bolt (9) and the washer. 18. Connect hose assembly (7) and (8) to relief valve (5). Connect tube assembly (6) and the O-ring seal to relief valve (5). 19. Connect tube assembly (4) and the O-ring seal to relief valve (5).
Located in front of the swing drives20. Install two bolts (3) and the nuts and the washers holding tube assembly (4) to the clamp. 21. Using two people, put grate (2) in position on the swing frame. Install four bolts (1) and the washers. The weight of grate (1) is 34 Kg (75 lb).22. Refill the hydraulic system with hydraulic fluid. The capacity of the hydraulic system is 1600 L (423 U.S. gal). Start By:a. remove relief valve (cooler bypass and back pressure)1. Ensure the outside of the check valve group is clean prior to disassembly.
Cover (2) is under spring pressure. Loosen all hex socket bolts (3) equally before removing any one hex socket bolt (3).
2. Remove four hex socket head bolts (3) and cover (2) from relief valve (1). 3. Remove O-ring plug (4) from cover (2). 4. Remove O-ring seal (5) from O-ring plug (4). 5. Remove spring (6) from relief valve (1). 6. Remove valve (7) from relief valve (1). 7. Remove washers (8) from valve (7). 8. Remove plug (9) and (10) from relief valve (1). 9. Remove O-ring seals (11) and (12) from plugs (9)
