91-13 Throttle Position Sensor calibration required     The Electronic Control Module (ECM) has been powered for three seconds. The PWM signal is less than 5 percent or the PWM signal is greater than 95 percent.     The code is active and the code is logged only if the engine is running.    
1249-13 Secondary Throttle Position calibration required    
1923-13 Remote Throttle Position Sensor calibration required    Test Step 1. Check the Throttle for Proper Operation
Turn the local/remote switch on the control panel to the OFF/RESET position.
Inspect the throttle linkage for components with the following conditions:
Loose
Bent
Broken
Missing
WornNote: The sensor stops are not intended to be the primary means of limiting the travel of the throttle. If you apply excessive force to the sensor stops you will damage the sensor assembly.
Move the throttle throughout the entire range. The throttle should move without binding and without excessive drag.Expected Result:The throttle linkage is in good condition. The throttle moves without binding and without excessive drag.Results:
OK - The throttle linkage is in good condition. The throttle operates properly. Proceed to Test Step 2.
Not OK - One of the following conditions exist: The throttle linkage is not in good condition. The throttle binds or the throttle has excessive drag.Repair: Identify the source of the mechanical problem and make repairs. Replace parts, if necessary. Proceed to Test Step 2 when the throttle operates properly.Test Step 2. Adjust the Throttle Linkage for the Low Idle Position
Connect the Caterpillar Electronic Technician (ET) to the service tool connector.
Turn the local/remote switch on the control panel to the LOCAL position.
Place the throttle in the low idle position.
Observe the duty cycle for the throttle position sensor on Cat ET.Note: Adjustment of the sensor stops is not necessary.
Adjust the throttle linkage in order to achieve a five to ten percent duty cycle while the throttle is in the low idle position.Expected Result:The
