G3616 (4CG) EnginesDescription of Change: The Wiring Groups in the above engines have been improved in the following ways: * The new oil pressure sensor group replaces the former pressure sensor group.* The new oil pressure sensor group has the new pressure sensor that replaces the former pressure sensor. The new sensors have strengthened signals. The strengthened signals in this new pressure sensor will reduce the occurrence of the "Zero Differential Oil Pressure" signal on the CMS.* The new speed sensor replaces the former speed sensor. The new speed sensor has strengthened signals at low crank rpm. This strengthened signal may reduce the no-magneto interface fault.Adaptable To: The new 164-3692 Pressure Sensor Group replaces the former 107-3952 Pressure Sensor Group. The new 149-7241 Pressure Sensor replaces the former 3E-3531 Pressure Sensor. The new 7X-1168 Speed Sensor replaces the former 8L-4171 Speed Sensor. The following is a list of engines and wiring groups that have the new pressure sensor group, pressure sensor, and speed sensor: * G3606 Engines with the 142-2851 Wiring Group.* G3608 Engines with the 142-5015 Wiring Group.* G3612 Engines with the 125-3849 Wiring Group.* G3616 Engines with the 125-3875 Wiring Group.
