All the motors in the conveyor system are identical. Oil flows to the motors and from the motors through the hoses that are attached to end cap (1) .Hydraulic oil from the pump enters the motor through the end cap. The oil passes through valve plate (2). The oil acts upon piston (4) in cylinder block (3). There are seven pistons in assembly (8) for the motor cylinder.As the pistons react to the hydraulic oil pressure, the assembly for the motor cylinder rotates. The assembly transmits the power that is generated through shaft (5). The displacement of the motor is controlled by nonadjustable angle (7) that is machined into motor housing (6) .Cooling and lubricating the internal moving parts of the right and left side motors is done with normal internal leakage oil and a flushing valve. The flushing system is built into the conveyor drive oil loop. A line from the flushing valve is attached to each end cap.As hydraulic oil flows in and out of the conveyor motor, part of the oil is metered through the flushing valve. Some oil is sent back into the motor case. This oil is then sent from the motor case to the oil cooler. By sending a portion of the oil through the cooler in this manner, the closed loop system is always supplied with cool oil.
