Remove cap (1) from the hydraulic tank.

Install Tooling (A) onto the hydraulic tank. Attach an air supply hose onto Tooling (A). Apply 276 to 414 kPa (40 to 60 psi) of air. This procedure will pull a vacuum on the hydraulic system.
Raise the cab and the cab riser. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Cab Tilting - Raise".

Disconnect harness assemblies (4) .
Disconnect harness clips (6) from cab riser (2) .
Remove bolts (3) in order to position harness assembly (5) and the bracket out of the way of cab riser (2) .

Disconnect hose assemblies (7) and hose assemblies (8) .

Disconnect hose assemblies (9) .
Disconnect hose (10) .

Remove bolts (11) in order to disconnect hose supports (12). Move hose supports (12), hose assemblies (7), hose assemblies (9), and hose assemblies (8) out of the way.

Disconnect hose (13) .
Disconnect hose clips (14) from cab riser (2) .

Disconnect hose assemblies (15). Move hose assemblies (15) out of the way.
Disconnect hoses (16). Move hoses (16) out of the way.Note: Be sure to plug hose assemblies (15) and hoses (16) .

Disconnect ground strap assembly (17) from cab riser (2) .
Lower the cab and the cab riser. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Cab Tilting - Lower".

Attach Tooling (B) and a suitable lifting device to cab (18). The combined weight of cab (18) and cab riser (2) (not shown) is approximately 1946 kg (4290 lb).

Remove pin (20) in order to disconnect cable assembly (19) from cab riser (2) .
Release the tension on cab tilt cylinder (21). Position suitable cribbing under cab tilt cylinder (21) in order to support cab tilt cylinder (21). Remove pin (22) in order to disconnect cab tilt cylinder (21) from cab riser (2).

Remove bolt (23), the washers, and nuts (25). Remove plates (24) (not shown). Repeat this Step for the other side.

Use Tooling (B) and the suitable lifting device in order to remove cab (18) and the cab riser from the machine.
