Install backup rings (25), O-ring seals (24), and O-ring seals (23) on relief valves (22). Install relief valves (22) in head (17). Tighten relief valves (22) to a torque of 373 20 N m (276 15 lb ft).

Install valves (21) and springs (20) in head (17). Install O-ring seals (19) on plugs (18) .
Install plugs (18) in head (17). Tighten plugs (18) to a torque of 157 10 N m (116 8 lb ft).

Install head (17) on the swing motor with bolts (16). Tighten bolts (16) to a torque of 117 10 N m (87 8 lb ft).

Install spool (15) in makeup valve (5). Install valves (14) and springs (13) in makeup valve (5). Install O-ring seals (12) on plugs (11) .
Install plugs (11) in makeup valve (5) .

Install O-ring seals (9) on plugs (10). Install plugs (10) in makeup valve (5) .

Install makeup valve (5) with bolts (4). Tighten bolts (4) to a torque of 32 2 N m (24 2 lb ft).

Install oil level gauge (2). Tighten oil level gauge (2) to a torque of 45 5 N m (33 4 lb ft).
Install pipe assembly (1) in swing motor (3). Tighten pipe assembly (1) to a torque of 25 3 N m (19 2 lb ft). After tightening, check the orientation of the pipe assembly. If necessary, turn the oil level gauge in the direction of tightening in order to achieve the original orientation that was noted in the disassembly procedure.End By: Install the swing motor.
