Personal injury can result from hydraulic oil pressure and hot oil.Hydraulic oil pressure can remain in the hydraulic system after the engine has been stopped. Serious injury can be caused if this pressure is not released before any service is done on the hydraulic system.Make sure all of the work tools have been lowered to the ground, and the oil is cool before removing any components or lines. Remove the oil filler cap only when the engine is stopped, and the filler cap is cool enough to touch with your bare hand.

Disconnect hoses (1) and hose (2) .
Disconnect hose assemblies (3) .

Disconnect clip (4) and hose assembly (5) .

Disconnect clip (7) and hose assembly (6) .

Remove tube (8) .

Disconnect hoses (9) , (10) , (11) , and (12) .

Disconnect hose (13) , harness assembly (14) , and hose assembly (15) .

Remove baffle (16) .

Remove plate assembly (17) and guard (18) .

Remove support (19) . Repeat this Step for the opposite side.

Attach Tooling (A) , Tooling (B) , and a suitable lifting device to engine (20) . The weight of engine (20) is approximately 794 kg (1750 lb).

Remove mounting bolts (21) and baffle (22) .

Position suitable blocking under the transmission and torque converter (22) in order to support the transmission and torque converter (22) during the removal of the engine.
