( 1 ) Bore / Holes inline shall be held together with a true position of Ø 0.1524 mm (0.006 inch)Set up the boring bar and run rough cuts of the bore. If there is chatter during the cutting operation, the chatter is likely the result of a bore set-up that is not rigid. The chatter can also be an unsupported distance between the bearings that stabilize the boring bar. Be sure to eliminate chatter before performing the final bore. All dimensions and tolerances are located in Table 4.
Machine the bore to the specified diameter.
Machine the faces.
Machine the chamfer.
