Use Tooling (C) to raise link (8). The weight of link (8) is approximately 75 kg (165 lb). Install pin (11). Install bolt (9) and nut (10). Repeat this step for the remaining link.

Use Tooling (A), Tooling (B), and four suitable lifting devices to install tandem assembly (5) and wheel assemblies (6). The weight of tandem assembly (5) and wheel assemblies (6) is approximately 1814 kg (4000 lb).

Install bolts (7). Tighten bolts (7) to a torque of 520 70 N m (384 52 lb ft)

Install tube assemblies (4) and install bolts (3). Connect hose assembly (2).

Install plate (1). Repeat this step for the remaining guard.
Repeat Step 25 through Step 28 for the opposite side of the machine.
Fill the rear axle. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Transmission and Differential Oil - Change".
Separate the steering frame lock. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Steering Frame Lock".End By:

Install the drive chains.
