SYNCHRONIZER AS 1788147 - Caterpillar

1. Lift the bulldozer blade enough to put blocks under it so the push arms are level. Disconnect tag link (1) from cleaner bar. See REMOVE TAG LINK. 2. Fasten a hoist to the lift cylinder. Remove bolts (2) and cap (3) to disconnect cylinder rod from the bulldozer blade.3. Move rod into cylinder and let the lift cylinder lay against the front axle housing. 4. Remove four bolts (5), then remove cover (4) from hydraulic lines. 5. Disconnect hose assembly (6) from the tube assemblies. Remove bolt (7) and clamp from hose assembly. Move hose assembly away from cleaner bar. 6. Put blocks under the push arms. Remove bolts (8) and caps (9) from push arms (on each side). Move the machine away from the bulldozer.Install Bulldozer (825C)
1. Drive the machine up to the bulldozer.2. Move the machine into position on the push arms. 3. Install caps (1) and bolts that hold push arms to the cleaner bar (on each side). 4. Put hose assembly (2) in position on the cleaner bar. Install clamp and bolt (3) that holds it. Connect the hose assembly to the tube assembly. 5. Install cover (4) over hydraulic lines.
