Hydraulic Oil Pilot Pressure - 30 to 33 bar (2942 to 3231 kPa or 427 to 469 psi) must be indicated with engine between half and full rpm for adequate pressure.Engine OFF-ON-START Switch
OFF (1.) - To insert or remove the key, the key must be in this position. Deutz Engine - The governor control lever must be used to stop the engine. See "Governor Control Lever." Perkins Engine Only - Turn the key to OFF to stop the engine. ON (2.) - Key will return to this position after releasing from HEAT-START or START position.Certain indicator lights will remain on when the key is in this position with the engine stopped, until key is turned to OFF. STARTING AID-HEAT-START (If Equipped) (3.) - Turn to this position to allow the heat system to heat up. Deutz Engine - The engine is ready to start. After the indicator light (5) comes on. Perkins Engine - The engine is ready to start approximately 20 seconds after turning to HEAT-START. This engine is not equipped with an indicator light. START (4.) - Turn the key to this position to start the engine. Release the key as soon as the engine starts.The forward-neutral-reverse directional lever must be in NEUTRAL to allow the engine to start.Light Switches
Four Way Hazard Flasher - Push the switch down to activate the lights to flash on the outside of the machine. The switch and the signal light lever tip will also flash.Push down on the switch again to stop the flasher.
Parking, Low and High Beam Lights1. OFF - Push switch to this position to turn off the lights.2. Parking and Instrument Panel Lights - Push the switch to this position to turn the lights on. The switch will also light up, indicating the lights are on.3. Low Beam Lights - Push the switch to this position to turn the lights on. 4. High Beam Lights - Pull the high beam light lever back to turn the high beam on. High beam light indicator (5) lights up if the high beam is on. 1. Front Working Lights - Push the switch to the right to turn the lights on. Push the switch to the left to turn the lights off.2. Rear Working Lights - Push the switch to the right to turn the lights on. Push the switch to the left to turn the lights off.3. Rotating Beacon - If Equipped - Push the switch to the right to turn the light on. Push the switch to the left to turn the light off. Direction Signal - Alerts persons front and rear, to which direction the machine will be turning. The lights will be off in position (2). Left Turn Signal - Pull the lever back (3) to turn the left signal lights on. The tip of the lever will also flash. Right Turn Signal - Push the lever forward (1) to turn the right signal lights on.
