6. Loosen the front dash until the jumper harness can go through. The front dash does not need to be removed, only loosen the four bolts. Refer to Image1.6.1.
Tool: 13mm sleeve, 6 N.m torque wrench

7. Route the 432-1522 Harness Assembly through the front lower plastic trim to the gap between the front upper dash and the lower dash. Refer to Image1.7.1.
Note: Route the harness assembly along the main cab harness through the front. Use 12 7K-1181 Cable Straps to fix the 432-1522 Harness on the link through main harness.
Note: Route the harness assembly to the gap between the upper dash and the lower dash.

8. Locate the connector to the steering wheel. There are two connectors (one 6 pin and one 12 pin) at the left side of the steering column below the lower front dash. Refer to Image1.8.1. The 6 pin connector is connected to the turn switch and the 12 pin connector is connected to the transmission shifter. Disconnect the 6 pin connector.

9. Remove the green wedge from the 6 pin plug. Remove the orange wire 133 connected to pin 6 from the 6 pin connector (plug side). Cut the terminal off. Wrap the 133 wire end with electrical insulation tape. Refer to Image1.9.1.
Caution: This is a power wire, you need to be well protected from shorting to the ground.

10. Insert one end of 432-1522 Harness Assembly to pin 6 of the 6 pin connector. Refer to Image1.10.1. Insert the green wedge. Reconnect the 6 pin connector to the steering wheel harness, and use 7K-1181 Cable Strap to fix the connector to the harness. Route the harness assembly along the main cab harness to the power supply area in the rear right area of the cab.

11. Locate the flasher in the right rear side of the cab. Disconnect the harness, remove the 7K-1181 Cable Strap, and take out the connector to the flasher. Refer to Image1.11.1.
A - Flasher

12. Insert the opposite end of the 432-1522 Harness Assembly to pin 4 of the connector that was taken out from flasher. Connect the connector to the flasher. Refer to Image1.12.1.
Fix the harness assembly with the main cab harness and use a 7K-1181 Cable Strap.
Note: Take out the small wedge from the connector.
Note: Insert the terminal to the fourth pin of the flasher connector.

13. Install the rear plastic cover that was removed in Step 1.
14. Install the steel plate that was removed in Step 2.
15. Fasten the front lower dash that was loosened in Step 6.
16. Install the front dash and the display, ensure that the display is connected to the right connector.
17. Install the steering column cover that was removed in Step 3.
Monitor Software Update:
Update Monitor (5 Gauge Cluster) 433-2079 Software, this flash file is available on SIS Web.
18. Configure the Product ID, Go to Service -> Configuration, then select Monitor System, expand ECM Identification Parameters and double click Product ID, enter machine serial number, and Click OK.
19. Key OFF and
