Cat® Product Link (PL) web is not able to confirm the subscription level associated to the device. Due to the subscription level issue the device is unable to identify what data to display and thus the device displays no applicable tabs, since no data is authorized to display. This issue is due to the synchronization issue between two back-office databases that need to align to publish the appropriated data for each machine.Solution
Caterpillar is aware of this problem and a team is working towards a permanent solution. Until a resolution can be implemented, dealers facing the issue can create a System Technology Service Request (SR) in the PSCRM system. Prior to submitting the SR mention this publication and the issue in the description, attach any related photos or information that will be needed to resolve the issue.
