Installation Procedure

Attach an appropriate lifting device and a hoist to front idler (9) .
Install front idler (9) in position on the track roller frame. The weight of the front idler is 169 kg (375 lb).

Install four bolts (7) .
Install bolts (8) on the inside and the outside of the front idler.

(B) 0.76 0.51 mm (0.030 0.020 inch)
Put shims (10) and plate (5) in position on the inside and the outside of the front idler.Note: The shims are necessary for the proper clearance between the yoke and plate (5) .

Install strips (6), spacers (4) and bolts (3) that hold plates (5) in position.
Install guard (2) with bolts (1) on the inside and the outside of the front idler.End By: Connect the tracks. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Track - Connect".
